AI & Ecosystem Overview with Copilot Finance Success Cases, Prompting Best Practices (Bad → Quick → Powerful) and Hands-on Exercises

This interactive session, developed in collaboration with Microsoft and led by a Microsoft expert with a background in artificial intelligence, introduces participants to practical AI skills using leading tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.

The program emphasizes experiential learning, providing participants the opportunity to practice AI-driven solutions in a small-group setting. Through guided instruction, attendees will learn to craft effective prompts and apply AI to real-world, finance-focused use cases.

1.5 hours of CPE credit will be offered.

Requirements

Please have an AI tool (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) available for use on your device. Ensure your device is fully charged and updated.

✅ Microsoft 365 Copilot license assigned and active
Copilot available in at least Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
✅ Copilot successfully launched at least once
Open Copilot in Word or Teams and run a simple prompt (any prompt)
✅ Signed in with your corporate M365 account
Not a guest account (if possible)
✅ Laptops (preferred) or phones brought to the session
Browser access alone is not sufficient

Registration deadline extended to March 20th at noon.
Microsoft registration desk closes at 5PM. Arrive before 5PM to access the event.

Garage parking will be validated at the front desk upon arrival.
